We wanted to send a cheerful arrangement to a friend under significant stress and the arrangement online looked just right. Ordering was very easy and delivery prompt. Our friend sent us a photo of the arrangement and it was just as seen online, which was a pleasant surprise as this has not been a consistent experience with other florists. She loved it. We would definitely order from Foxglove again

My colleagues and I wanted to send our boss flowers for her work anniversary. I live in North Carolina so wasn't familiar with Florists in the Alexandria area. I started searching on Google and found Foxglove. They had great reviews and the website wasn't tacky with the same boring arrangements you see on so many sites. I chose a bouquet based on our budget and ordered. Two co-workers ask to join in after I placed the order, at different times. Yvonne was so kind and responded to both inquiries to change the order. We decided to add chocolate since the additional participants also meant more money. Our boss was so surprised and raved about how beautiful the arrangement was. She basically had a photo shoot with the flowers and sent to all of us. Needless to say, huge success! Also, this is the first time I've ever ordered flowers where the Florist sends you a picture of the bouquet right before it's delivered. The whole experience was perfect. I wish I knew more people in Alexandria to send flowers to! I recommended to all my DC based colleagues.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Delivery Dates & Times
We guarantee delivery on the selected delivery date; however, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. Delivery routes are determined based on volume, location, and efficiency to ensure all orders are delivered as promptly as possible

Recipient Availability
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe location, such as a covered porch, or with a neighbor when appropriate, provided weather conditions permit and we are unable to reach the recipient.
Weather Restrictions
To protect the quality and longevity of our flowers, we cannot leave arrangements unattended outdoors when weather conditions may damage them.
Flowers will not be left on a porch or outside location when:
Temperatures exceed 85°F
Temperatures are below 40°F
Severe weather conditions are present, including heavy rain, snow, or high winds
In these situations, we will attempt to contact the recipient and/or sender to arrange an alternative delivery solution.
Delivery Delays
In rare circumstances, severe weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen events may impact delivery schedules. If a significant delay occurs, we will make every effort to notify the sender.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery fees may apply if an order must be redelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address or unavailable recipient.

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
