In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Delivery Policy

At Foxglove Flowers, we take great care in ensuring your flowers arrive fresh and beautiful. Please review our delivery policy before placing your order.

Delivery Dates & Times

We guarantee delivery on the selected delivery date; however, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. Delivery routes are determined based on volume, location, and efficiency to ensure all orders are delivered as promptly as possible

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our driver may leave the arrangement in a safe location, such as a covered porch, or with a neighbor when appropriate, provided weather conditions permit and we are unable to reach the recipient.

Weather Restrictions

To protect the quality and longevity of our flowers, we cannot leave arrangements unattended outdoors when weather conditions may damage them.

Flowers will not be left on a porch or outside location when:

  • Temperatures exceed 85°F

  • Temperatures are below 40°F

  • Severe weather conditions are present, including heavy rain, snow, or high winds

In these situations, we will attempt to contact the recipient and/or sender to arrange an alternative delivery solution.

Delivery Delays

In rare circumstances, severe weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen events may impact delivery schedules. If a significant delay occurs, we will make every effort to notify the sender.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery fees may apply if an order must be redelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address or unavailable recipient.

Refund Policy

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue to arrange a return.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
